Hầu hết các loại đậu cung cấp từ 29-36% DV protein cho mỗi cốc nấu chín. Đậu nành luộc (hoặc edamame) cung cấp 63% DV.</p>



<p>Các loại đậu chứa nhiều protein bao gồm đậu nành, đậu lăng, đậu trắng, đậu nam việt quất, đậu hạt chia, đậu pinto, đậu tây, đậu đen, đậu navy và hạt limas.</p>
